Whilst trying to create a Zombie attack; my two boys covered themselves in fake blood and waited under the dining room table. Curtains had been drawn and they asked me to light some candles and record the attack. I was ordered to start the camera rolling and they then attacked me. Having recently bought fake plastic arms, they pretended to eat my arms.
It was actually good fun. Although the fake blood which my oldest son promised would wash out, turned out to be something you should not get on clothes. My favourite green jacket was used as a prop and it got covered. A few other items in the house got damaged in the pursuit. So the moral is, do this outside with clothes you can use to decorate. I showed the wife the three video shoots and she thought it was too dark and we were not allowed to air them.... oh well .... You live and learn.
